Ar hyn o bryd mae Dr. Ken Griffin yn gweithio fel Curadur y Ganolfan Eifftaidd ym Mhrifysgol Abertawe. Cyn y swydd hon, roedd yn Rheolwr Mynediad i Gasgliadau yn yr un amgueddfa. Dechreuodd ei gysylltiad â’r Ganolfan Eifftaidd yn 2000 pan ymunodd fel gwirfoddolwr. Dros y ddau ddegawd diwethaf, mae wedi ymroi i ymchwilio a hyrwyddo’r casgliad, gan arwain at gyhoeddi sawl arteffact.

Cyn ymuno â’r Ganolfan Eifftaidd, bu Ken yn addysgu Eifftoleg ym Mhrifysgol Abertawe a gweithiodd hefyd fel tiwtor cydlynu ar gyfer y rhaglen Eifftoleg yn yr Adran Addysg Barhaus i Oedolion (AABO). Mae ei angerdd am y pwnc wedi ei arwain i ymweld â’r Aifft dros 60 o weithiau, ac ers 2010, mae wedi cymryd rhan weithredol mewn gwaith maes archeolegol yn yr Aifft a Swdan.
